The barbers are persons that work with sharp tools. If their instruments become infected, they can transmit the infection to others. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to determine the barber’s knowledge, attitude and performance about AIDS prevention. This project is a descriptive study on 150 selected barbers. The methodology of research was a set up questionnaires, that have been completed by the barbers. The results showed that, their knowledge, performance about the AIDS are moderate (50%, 48.43%) and their attitude are weak. Performance among men and women is significant (P?0.02) in addition correlation between knowledge and attitude, attitude and performance are significant, according to the duration of working as barber (P?0.01). In general knowledge, attitude and performance among barbers are weak, therefore it is suggested that health and hygienic official teach the barbers how to behave in this regard. چکیده فارسی مقاله بيماری ايدز اينک يک وحشت عمومی در جهان ايجاد کرده است و آرايشگران از کسانی هستند که از وسايل تيز و برنده به عنوان وسيله کار استفاده می کنند و آلوده بودن اين وسايل در انتقال بيماری به ديگران نقش موثری دارد. لذا مطالعه ای به منظور تعيين آگاهی نگرش و عملکرد آرايشگران زن و مرد در مورد پيشگيری از بيماری ايدز انجام شد. مطالعه حاضر، يک مطالعه توصيفی است که نمونه های آن از بين آرايشگران شاغل در شهر گرگان انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات، پرسشنامه ای بود که به وسيله 150 آرايشگر تکميل گرديد. نتايج نشان داد که 50 درصد آنها آگاهی و 48.43 درصد آنان عملکرد متوسط و 43.4 درصد هم نگرش ضعيفی داشتند و آزمون آماری، بين عملکرد زنان و مردان تفاوت معنی داری را نشان داد (P≤0.02) ضمنا بين آگاهی و نگرش نيز نگرش و عملکرد با توجه به سابقه کار رابطه معنی داری وجود داشت .(P≤0.01) به طور کلی نتايج تحقيق نشان داد که آرايشگران از آگاهی و نگرش و عملکرد ضعيفی برخوردارند و به آموزش رفتارهای بهداشتی نياز دارند. کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی مقاله AIDS, Knowledge, Attitude, Performance, Barber کلیدواژه‌های فارسی مقاله ايدز، آگاهی، نگرش، عملکرد، آرايشگر صفحه آغاز مقاله در نشریه ۲۶ صفحه پایان مقاله در نشریه ۳۲ نشانی اینترنتی http://www.goums.ac.ir/journal/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-248&slc_lang=fa&sid=fa فایل مقاله فایلی برای مقاله ذخیره نشده است نویسندگان مقاله 4498---4499--- برای برگشت به بخش مقاله‌های منتشر شده اینجا را کلیک كنید.
