Scientists believe that adolescent must aware from necessary knowledge at critical time, because unawareness causes more sexual deviation. Thus in this study parents and teacher's view had been assessed about the best time and appropriate method for reproductive health education for female adolescents. Materials and Methods: In this descriptive study 400 parents and 50 teachers from girls' high school were chosen by multiple sampling in Gorgan-Iran. Information collected by a questionnaire which consisted of two parts of demographic characteristics and polling which contains three parts: fertilization and pregnancy, family planning, HIV and STDs. Descriptive statistic was used for analysis the Data by SPSS-9 software. Results: 43.5% of mothers and 38.5% of fathers believed that the best time for fertilization and pregnancy education is at marriage time, and 46% of teachers believed grade III high school and pre- university is suitable time. Majority of teachers and parents believed that the best time to teach family planning is at marriage time. 32% of mothers believed that the most suitable time. for teaching HIV and STDs is grade 3 at high school and pre- university but about 30.7% of fathers and 38% of teachers noted the best time is grade I and II at high school. About the most suitable education method, 45% of mothers and 44% of teachers believed that attending a midwife at school is necessary. Conclusion: This study showed that majority of parents and teachers agree with reproductive health education during high school and marriage time and they mentioned that the best education method should be done at school with attending a midwife as a counselor. چکیده فارسی مقاله زمينه و هدف : نوجوانی دوره پرتلاطمی است که تغييرات جسمانی، جنسی و روانی زيادی را در بردارد .لذا محققين معتقدند که نوجوانان در دوران بلوغ بايد از آگاهی‌های لازم اين دوره بحرانی مطلع گردند؛ زيرا ناآگاهی و بی‌اطلاعی آنان امکان بروز انحرافات و لغزش‌های جنسی را بيشتر می‌کند. اين مطالعه به منظور تعيين زمان و روش مناسب آموزش بهداشت باروری به دختران از ديدگاه والدين و معلمان شهر گرگان انجام شد. روش بررسی : در اين مطالعه توصيفی 400 والد (200 زوج) و 50 معلم دانش‌آموزان دبيرستان‌های دخترانه شهرگرگان طی سال 1382 به روش نمونه‌گيری چندمرحله‌ای انتخاب شدند. با استفاده از پرسشنامه مشتمل بر دو بخش خصوصيات دموگرافيک و نظرسنجی که خود شامل سه مبحث لقاح و حاملگی، تنظيم خانواده و ايدز و بيماری‌های مقاربتی بود؛ داده‌ها جمع‌آوری شدند. برای تعيين فراوانی و درصد داده‌ها از آمار توصيفی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS-9 استفاده شد. يافته‌ها : 43.5% از مادران و 38.5% پدران بهترين زمان آموزش لقاح و حاملگی را هنگام ازدواج و 46درصد از معلمان بهترين زمان را سال سوم و پيش‌دانشگاهی ذکر کردند. 55 درصد والدين و 56 درصد معلمان زمان مناسب برای آموزش تنظيم خانواده را هنگام ازدواج مناسب دانستند. 32 درصد معلمان بهترين زمان را برای آموزش ايدز و بيماری‌های مقاربتی سال سوم دبيرستان و دوره پيش‌دانشگاهی ذکر نمودند. همچنين 30.7% پدران و 38درصد معلمان، سال اول و دوم دبيرستان را زمان مناسب برای آموزش عنوان نمودند. 45 درصد مادران و 44 درصد معلمان مناسب‌ترين روش آموزش را مراجعه نوجوان به مامای حاضر در مدرسه بيان کردند. نتيجه‌گيری : اين مطالعه نشان داد که بيشتر والدين و معلمان با آموزش بهداشت باروری در دوران دبيرستان و هنگام ازدواج موافق بوده و مناسب‌ترين روش اطلاع‌رسانی را تدريس در مدرسه و حضور ماما در مدارس به عنوان مشاور ذکر کردند. کلیدواژه‌های انگلیسی مقاله Female, Adolescent, Reproductive health education, Parent, Teacher, Iran کلیدواژه‌های فارسی مقاله دختران ، آموزش بهداشت باروری ، نوجوان ، والدين ، معلم ، گرگان صفحه آغاز مقاله در نشریه ۸۴ صفحه پایان مقاله در نشریه ۹۰ نشانی اینترنتی http://www.goums.ac.ir/journal/browse.php?a_code=A-10-1-465&slc_lang=fa&sid=fa فایل مقاله فایلی برای مقاله ذخیره نشده است نویسندگان مقاله 5484---5485---5486---5487--- برای برگشت به بخش مقاله‌های منتشر شده اینجا را کلیک كنید.
